Kadi Pariis

Physiotherapist, MSK Sonographer

Kadi is a physiotherapist with postgraduate training in musculoskeletal sonography and ultrasound-guided injection therapy. She runs Gecko Clinic & Fitness in West Berkshire, where she combines diagnostic ultrasound with clinical assessment to inform diagnosis and guide individualised treatment and rehabilitation.

She holds a PgDip in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and an MSc in Physiotherapy, both awarded with Distinction, alongside postgraduate training in ultrasound-guided injection therapy. Her clinical experience also includes over a decade in osteopathic practice, following a first-class BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy.

Kadi places particular emphasis on interpreting ultrasound findings within the context of each patient’s symptoms, concerns and goals. She explains findings clearly and involves patients in decisions about their care. Her approach to injection therapy centres on careful patient selection, ensuring each injection has a clear purpose within a wider rehabilitation and management plan.

As a member of the SMUG faculty, Kadi teaches on diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injection courses. She particularly enjoys helping clinicians develop their scanning skills, connect ultrasound findings with clinical reasoning, and make considered decisions about injection treatment.
