Physiotherapist, MSK Sonographer
Hannah is a Chartered Physiotherapist who integrates musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound into her clinical practice to support assessment, inform treatment decisions and guide rehabilitation. She completed her PG Cert in Diagnostic Ultrasound through SMUG, alongside the SMUG mentorship programme.
With 16 years’ experience in private practice and sports medicine, Hannah brings a broad clinical perspective to interpreting ultrasound findings in the context of each patient’s symptoms and goals. She runs her own practice in Kent, treating the general population and national-level athletes, and has worked with England Netball, England Athletics, British Canoe, England Rugby and the English Institute of Sport (EIS).
Diagnostic ultrasound is an integral part of Hannah’s day-to-day work, helping her build a clearer understanding of a patient’s condition and make informed decisions about treatment and progression. Alongside her clinical practice, she enjoys teaching fellow clinicians, helping them connect ultrasound findings with clinical assessment and confidently integrate scanning into their everyday work.
